1. LMS (London Mathematical Society) workshop grant. Combinatorial and Algebraic Approaches to the study of Chemical Reaction Networks, (June 23-25 2014).
2. [PI] EPSRC grant. Stability and order preservation in chemical reaction networks, (Feb. 2012 to Aug. 2014). The goal was to make progress in two areas: identifying systems of chemical reactions which can be shown to give rise to monotone dynamical systems; and identifying the consequences of monotonicity in these systems.
3. [Co-applicant, joint with Imperial] Leverhulme Trust grant. Structural conditions for oscillation in chemical reaction networks, (Oct 2011-Oct 2013). The goal was to identify necessary conditions for oscillation in systems of chemical reactions.
4. [Co-applicant, joint with UCL and Essex] Wellcome Trust grant. Integrating monitoring and modelling for real-time tracking of cerebral circulation and metabolism, (Sept. 2010, two and a half years). The goal was to develop a clinical tool, bringing previous biological modelling work to the bedside to aid in the management of head injury and stroke.
